All certificate data comes from the EPC Open Data Communities register, published by the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC). The data covers domestic Energy Performance Certificates lodged in England and Wales. Scotland and Northern Ireland maintain separate registers and are not included here. All data is used under the Open Government Licence v3.0 and remains Crown copyright. The authoritative record is at find-energy-certificate.service.gov.uk.
